摘　　要：文章调查了《食品科学与工程领域高质量科技期刊分级目录(2022年版)》收入的155种期刊的开放获取出版情况、论文处理费、出版商、CC协议、JCR指标数据等,分析食品工程与技术领域高质量期刊的发展现状,从规范OA期刊出版、搭载群集出版传播平台、优化期刊生态方面为国内高质量期刊的建设、评价与可持续发展提供参考。The article investigated the publication status,Article Processing Charge,publishers,CC protocols,JCR indicator data,etc.of 155 journals in Classification Catalogue of High-Quality Science and Technology Journals in the Field of Food Science and Engineering(2022 Edition),analyzed the current situation of high-quality journals in the field of food engineering and technology,and provided reference for the construction,evaluation,and sustainable development of high-quality journals in China from the aspects of standardizing OA journal publishing,installing cluster publishing and dissemination platforms,and optimizing journal ecology.
