摘　　要：自然资源部门为了构建自然资源调查监测评价、决策、政务服务体系,提出立足已有基础建设自然资源“一张图”。为此,文章对自然资源和规划“一张图”建设进行了研究,并以常州市武进区为例,分析了系统建设的技术路线和建设内容,讨论了“一张图”的建设原则与需求要点,并提出了“一张图”系统的整体框架和数据库设计内容,为自然资源空间规划与管理的开展提供有益参考。The natural resources department proposes to build a natural resource survey,monitoring,evaluation,decision-making,and government service system based on the existing infrastructure construction of natural resources.Therefore,the article studied the construction of the“One Map”system for natural resources and planning,and took Wujin district,Changzhou city as an example to analyze the technical route and construction content of the system construction.The construction principles and key requirements of the“One Map”system were discussed,and the overall framework and database design content of the“One Map”system were proposed,providing useful references for the development of natural resource spatial planning and management.
