摘　　要：先进制造业作为推动区域经济发展的核心引擎,发展先进制造业是区域经济发展的一大重要战略目标,其中,人才是发展先进制造业的关键支撑。文章从各级各类专任教师与毕业生情况、人才招聘引进情况和自主培养情况3个方面调查福建省先进制造业人才支撑体系的发展现状,分析存在的主要困境及其产生原因,提出3点对策建议:一是对人才进行专项管理与培训;二是搭建统一的人才招聘官方平台;三是加强本土人才的培养与使用,以期促进福建省先进制造业高质量发展。As the core engine of promoting regional economic development,the development of advanced manufacturing industry is an important strategic goal of regional economic development,among which talent is the key support for the development of advanced manufacturing industry.The article investigates the development status of the advanced manufacturing talent support system in Fujian province from three aspects:the situation of full-time teachers and graduates at all levels and types,recruitment and introduction of talents,and independent training.It analyzes the main difficulties and their causes,and proposes three countermeasures and suggestions.Firstly,it conducts special management and training of talents;secondly,establish a unified official platform for talent recruitment;the third is to strengthen the cultivation and utilization of local talents,in order to promote the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing industry in Fujian province.
