摘 要:[目的]了解市售丁酸梭菌饲料添加剂产品质量,为产品质量控制提供依据。[方法]采用选择培养基平板计数法与MALDI-TOFMS相结合测定20批次市售产品中的活菌情况,并从标签合格率、功能菌活菌数、杂菌污染等方面进行质量评估。[结果]标签信息中,批准文号合格率最低,为15%,执行标准合格率最高,为90%;活菌计数表明30%产品实测活菌数高于标示量,10%批次产品未检出丁酸梭菌活菌;80%产品存在杂菌污染,共检出枯草芽孢杆菌、地衣芽孢杆菌和屎肠球菌等5种杂菌。[结论]市售丁酸梭菌饲料添加剂存在产品标签不规范、活菌数较低、杂菌污染率较高等问题,整体产品质量有待提高。[Objectives]The quality of commercially available Clostridium butyricum feed additives was studied to provide a basis for controlling the quality of product.[Methods]The combination of plate counting with selective medium and MALDI-TOF MS was used to determine the viable bacteria in 20 batches of commercially available products.The quality of product was evaluated from aspects including the label pass rate,viable count of functional strains,and the contamination of nontarget microorganisms.[Results]In the information of label,the approval number had the lowest pass rate of 15%,and the implementing standard had the highest pass rate of 90%.Results of plate counting showed that the viable Clostridium butyricum actual determined in 30%of the product was higher than the labled amount,and no viable Clostridium butyricum was detected in 10%of the batch of products.80%of the products were contaminated with nontarget microorganisms,with a total of 5 types of nontarget bacteria including Bacillus subtilis,Bacillus licheniformis,and Enterococcus faecalis detected.[Conclusions]It is indicated that there are problems including non-standard product labeling,low viable count of bacteria,and high contamination rate of nontarget bacteria in the commercially available Clostridium butyricum feed additives,and the overall quality of product needs to be improved.
