摘　　要：[目的]通过供给侧改革来改变高校水产人才培养与乡村振兴人才需求之间有所脱节的现状。[方法]水产高校人才培养紧紧围绕“三农”人才需求,以生产实习为抓手,进行贯穿供给侧与需求侧的一体化改革。[结果]集美大学水产学院动物科学专业生产实习指导小组在为期3年的人才培养供给侧改革研究基础上,提出了实习企业遴选、实习指导教师队伍建设、实习学生心理调适、实习监管与考核和实习效果反馈的有效举措。[结论]采用此供给侧改革模式,高校水产类专业可培养出乡村振兴所需要的人才。[Objectives]The disconnection between the training of aquatic talents in colleges and universities and the demand for talents in rural revitalization can be changed via the supply-side reform.[Methods]The training of talents in aquatic related colleges and universities is closely centered on the demand of talents for agriculture,rural areas and farmers.With production practice as the starting point,The integrated reform through the supply side and the demand side was carried out by taking the internship as the key point.[Results]The guidance team of internship for Animal Science major in the College of Fishery Science,Jimei University,put forward some effective measures including the selection of enterprises for internship,the building of teachers guiding internship,the psychological adjustment of internship students,the supervision and assessment of internship,and the feedback of internship results on the basis of a 3-year study on the supply-side reform of training talents.[Conclusions]The aquatic related majors in colleges and universities can train talents needed for rural revitalization by adopting the supply-side reform of internship studied in this article.
