摘  要:为了从黄秋葵中分离出多糖和黄酮,采用(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)和乙醇形成的双水相进行萃取,经单因素和正交试验优化萃取条件。结果表明:每10 mL萃取液含1.98 g(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)和3.9 mL乙醇,50℃条件下振荡萃取15 min,黄秋葵多糖萃取率为(86.12±1.87)%(n=3),黄酮萃取率为(78.38±1.35)%(n=3)。该方法可以一次性萃取出黄秋葵多糖和黄酮,且萃取率较高,为黄秋葵功能性成分的提取奠定了基础。To separate polysaccharides and flavonoids from okra,an aqueous two-phase composed of(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) and ethanol was used for the extraction.The extraction conditions were optimized through single-factor and orthogonal tests.The results showed that under the conditions that for each 10 mL of the extract containing 1.98 g(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) and 3.9 mL ethanol,extracted at 50°C for 15 minutes,the extraction rate in okra was(86.12±1.87)%(n=3)for polysaccharide and was(78.38±1.35)%(n=3)for flavonoids.This method can extract okra polysaccharides and flavonoids at one time,with a high extraction rate,and can lay the foundation for the extraction of functional components of okra.
