摘 要:为有效解决传统浮选工艺针对灰分比例较高的原煤分选时所造成的精煤产率低、循环水质量无法保证的问题,结合实践生产对当前浮选工艺现状进行分析的基础上,提出了浮选工艺技术改造的总体方案,并重点对粗精煤泥截粗工艺和浮选精矿工艺的改造进行说明;最后,从直接和间接经济效益两方面对浮选工艺的技术改造效果进行评估。In order to effectively solve the problems of low clean coal yield and inability to ensure the quality of circulating water caused by traditional flotation processes for sorting raw coal with high ash content,based on the analysis of the current flotation process status in practical production,an overall plan for the transformation of flotation process technology is proposed,with a focus on explaining the transformation of coarse and clean coal slurry cutting process and flotation concentrate process.Finally,the technical transformation effect of flotation process from both direct and indirect economic benefits is evaluated.
