摘 要:通过分析某矿原煤煤质,结合重介选煤工艺、跳汰选煤工艺两种煤炭洗选工艺进行煤炭洗选方案设计,并进行工业性试验技术经济比较,确定该矿原煤洗选采用浅槽破碎加重介旋流器洗选工艺较为科学合理。By analyzing the coal quality of a certain mine's raw coal and combining two coal washing processes,namely heavy medium coal washing process and jigging coal washing process,a coal washing scheme design was carried out.Industrial experiments were conducted to compare the technical and economic aspects,and it was determined that the shallow groove crushing heavy medium cyclone washing process was more scientifically reasonable for the raw coal washing of the mine.
