摘 要:在节能减排及产业结构调整的背景下,部分焦化厂炼焦工业存在余热浪费问题。除了炼焦厂炼焦工艺最基本的煤炭资源消耗之外,在施工过程中损失的热量也大大消耗了煤炭资源,而部分炼焦厂炼焦工业余热的利用也严重不足,并不能很好地开展热量回收工作。浪费的热量有着极其丰富的回收价值,能够很好地进行资源再利用。本文主要分析了当前焦化厂炼焦工艺余热利用所存在的问题,并分析具体的改进措施,以提高资源的利用效率。In the context of energy conservation,emission reduction,and industrial restructuring,there is a problem of waste heat in the coking industry of some coking plants.In addition to the basic consumption of coal resources in the coking process of coking plants,the heat lost during the construction process also greatly consumes coal resources,and the utilization of waste heat in the coking industry of some coking plants is also seriously insufficient,which cannot effectively carry out heat recovery work.Waste heat has extremely rich recycling value and can be effectively reused as resources.This article mainly analyzes the problems in the utilization of waste heat in the coking process of current coking plants,and analyzes specific improvement measures to improve the efficiency of resource utilization.
