摘  要:本文针对山西焦化脱硫脱氰装置运行不稳定、脱硫效果差、运行成本高等问题,分析影响复合法脱硫脱氰效率的制约因素,在此基础上对脱硫方案中的碱源、脱硫位置等方面进行了优化调整;继而对影响脱硫的诸多因素进行了研究,得到了较优的工艺参数:脱硫液温度35~38℃、煤气温度28~32℃、脱硫液PDS质量分数30×10^(-6)~40×10^(-6)、对苯二酚质量浓度0.2~0.4 g/L以及液气比为35~40 L/m^(3)。应用效果良好,不但使脱硫后煤气脱硫效率满足了环保要求,并且也有效地降低了运行成本。This article focuses on the problems of unstable operation,poor desulfurization effect,and high operating cost of the desulfurization and decyanation device in Shanxi Coking Plant.It analyzes the limiting factors that affect the efficiency of composite desulfurization and decyanation,and based on this,optimizes and adjusts the alkali source and desulfurization position in the desulfurization scheme.Subsequently,various factors affecting desulfurization were studied,and optimal process parameters were obtained:desulfurization liquid temperature of 35~38℃,gas temperature of 28~32℃,PDS mass fraction of desulfurization liquid of 30×10^(-6)~40×10^(-6),mass concentration of hydroquinone of 0.2~0.4 g/L,and liquid to gas ratio of 35~40 L/m^(3).The application effect is good,which not only meets the environmental protection requirements for the desulfurization efficiency of the gas after desulfurization,but also effectively reduces operating costs.
