摘  要:为提高该矿山盘区顶板控制的稳定性,避免漏顶、片帮及顶底板变形等现象,通过采用系列顶板控制技术,即应用自然垮落法管理顶板、端头支护及超前支护顶板,且端头、超前支护结合使用防倒及防坠装置;经分析支架工作阻力,压力大小依次为:中部最大、下部次之、上部最小,支架选型合理;分析煤壁片帮情况,工作阻力越大,发生煤壁片帮的概率越小,表明支架性能好。In order to improve the stability of the roof control in the mining area,avoid phenomena such as roof leakage,wall fragmentation,and deformation of the top and bottom plates,a series of roof control technologies were adopted,that is,the natural collapse method was applied to manage the roof,end support,and advanced support roof,and the end and advanced support were combined with anti fall and anti fall devices.After analyzing the working resistance of the support,the pressure levels are as follows:maximum in the middle,second in the lower part,and minimum in the upper part.The selection of the support is reasonable.From the situation of coal wall spalling,the higher the working resistance,the lower the probability of coal wall spalling occurring,indicating good support performance.
