摘  要:为了提高煤矿的产煤量,降低遗煤损失,从而增加矿井生产年限,考虑8107放顶煤开采面的实地生产条件,运用弱支护深孔爆破耦合CO_(2)分布式预裂松动的端头放煤工艺,把“单轮顺序”放煤方式改进为“多轮追机顺序”、“间隔分层”放煤方式。经过8107工作面现场试验结果,使用改进后工艺,开采面回收率提高了约6%,单刀产量约为4 576 t,单米精煤产量为5 720 t,平均每月推进进度约为99.46 m,直接创造经济效益约2 042.23万元。In order to increase the coal production of coal mines,reduce the loss of residual coal,and increase the production life of the mine,considering the on-site production conditions of the 8107 top coal caving mining face,the weak support deep hole blasting coupled with CO_(2) distributed pre cracking loosening end coal caving process is used to improve the "single wheel sequence" coal caving method to "multi wheel chasing sequence" and "interval layering" coal caving method.After the on-site test results of the 8107 working face,the improved process has increased the recovery rate of the mining face by about 6%,with a single blade production of about 4 576 tons and a single meter clean coal production of 5 720 tons.The average monthly progress is about 99.46 meters,directly creating an economic benefit of about 20.422 3 million yuan.
