摘 要:为解决焦化污水处理过程中COD、NH_(3)-N去除率不达标问题。对焦化污水原水产生、组成和特性分别进行分析,结合焦化厂的生产工艺,设计了对入炉前炼焦煤水分进行预热处理、冷却焦炉煤气用的水由半开式直冷改为由制冷机提供低温闭路循环水冷却、脱苯工艺改为管式炉加热富油、氨水处理采用再加热、再除油技术来减少污水产生量;并在生化处理前对污水采用物化法的预处理,末端在原有生物脱酚的设备基础上改造为以生物脱氮技术为中心的污水再生三级处理工艺,解决焦化废水污染问题。To solve the problem of substandard removal rates of COD and NH_(3)-N in coking wastewater treatment process,an analysis was conducted on the generation,composition,and characteristics of raw water from coking wastewater.Combined with the production process of the coking plant,a preheating treatment was designed for the moisture content of coking coal before entering the furnace.The water used for cooling the coke oven gas was changed from semi open direct cooling to low-temperature closed loop water cooling provided by a refrigeration machine.The benzene removal process was changed to tube furnace heating for rich oil,and the ammonia water treatment adopted reheating and oil removal technology to reduce the amount of wastewater produced.And before biochemical treatment,the wastewater is pretreated using physical and chemical methods.At the end,the original biological phenol removal equipment is transformed into a three-level wastewater regeneration treatment process centered on biological denitrification technology to solve the problem of coking wastewater pollution.
