摘  要:生物载体作为生物膜法的核心,其整体质量对废水处理工作具有十分关键的作用,既有废水处理工作中所使用的传统商用生物载体往往存在亲和力差、挂膜困难甚至无法挂膜等缺陷,因此研发新型生物载体用以提升废水处理工作的效率,对生物膜反应器的应用与推广具有十分重要的意义。本次研究采用物理涂覆方法制备生物亲和性聚氨酯(文中简称为BPU),对该载体的表观特征以及化学组分进行表征,并将其作为可移动床生物膜反应器的基体开展废水处理工作,以此对BPU的生物亲和性以及废水处理效果进行评价。希望本文研究结果能为相关工作提供一定的启示。As the core of biofilm technology,the overall quality of biological carriers plays a crucial role in wastewater treatment.Traditional commercial biological carriers used in wastewater treatment often have defects such as poor affinity,difficulty or even inability to film.Therefore,developing new biological carriers to improve the efficiency of wastewater treatment is of great significance for the application and promotion of biofilm reactors.In this study,a physical coating method was used to prepare bio affinity polyurethane(BPU),and the apparent characteristics and chemical components of the carrier were characterized.It was used as the substrate for mobile bed biofilm reactors for wastewater treatment,in order to evaluate the bio affinity and wastewater treatment effect of BPU.The research results of this article can provide some inspiration for related work.
