竹纤维/氨纶包覆纱的制备及性能

摘　　要：竹纤维具有较好的拉伸强度、良好的尺寸稳定性和热稳定性以及抗紫外线性,但是竹纤维的弹性较差。为解决上述问题,将竹纤维包覆弹性氨纶,获得集竹纤维的功能性及氨纶优异的弹性于一体的包覆纱。将不同类型的氨纶和竹纤维分别作为芯线和外包覆纱线制备了包覆纱,探究不同细度竹纤维包覆在氨纶表面的形貌、力学性能(拉伸性能、弹性性能和蠕变性能)、沸水收缩率、抗菌性能和防紫外线性能。结果表明,竹纤维/氨纶包覆纱力学性能优异,包覆纱断裂强度最高达14.87cN/tex,在10%拉伸时弹性回复率为99.12%,60min的蠕变伸长率仅为0.77%,沸水收缩率最低为1%。制备的抗菌包覆纱具有优异的抗菌性,抑菌率达到99.9%。用竹纤维/氨纶包覆纱制成的针织织物具有优异的防紫外性能,UPF值高达109.5。Bamboo fiber shows good tensile strength,good dimensional and thermal stability and UV resistance,but the elasticity of bamboo fiber is poor.Bamboo fibers are covered with elastic spandex to obtain a covered yarn that combines the excellent function-ality of bamboo fibers and the excellent elasticity of spandex.Different types of spandex were used as core yarns and different types of bamboo fibers were used as outer covering yarns to prepare covering yarns.The morphology,tensile properties,elasticity,creep,boiling water shrinkage,antimicrobial properties and ultraviolet properties of bamboo fibers coated with different types of spandex were investigated.The results show that the mechanical properties of the bamboo fiber/spandex covered yarns are excellent,with a maximum breaking strength of 14.87 cN/tex,an elastic recovery rate of 99.12%at 10%stretch,a creep elongation of only 0.77%at 60 min and a minimum boiling water shrinkage of 1%.The antimicrobial covered yarns prepared have excellent antimicrobial proper-ties,while the bacterial inhibition rate reach 99.9%.The knitted fabrics made of bamboo fiber/spandex covered yarns have excellent UV protection,with UPF value as high as 109.5.
