絮用纤维制品抗菌整理剂残留量测定不确定度评估

摘　　要：利用超声萃取样品中的抗菌整理剂,通过色谱仪对其进行检测,找到其中不确定度的具体原因,诸如样品本身质量、溶液制备流程是否规范、重复性检测、体积定容以及设备仪器使用等多方面的不确定度检测。通过计算得出标准不确定度,在此基础上计算出扩展不确定度,从而获取4种抗菌整理剂的不确定度。By ultrasonic extraction of antibacterial finishing agent in the sample,and the use of gas chromatography-mass spec-trometry for detection,the entire detection process of the source of uncertainty was analyzed,including the preparation of standard solution,weighing process,sample volumetric volume,repeatability and testing instrument.According to the calculation of standard uncertainty,the extended uncertainty was obtained,and then the uncertainty of 4 antibacterial finishing agents was obtained.
