摘 要:本文综述了东亚冬季风异常的研究成果进展,分别从赤道中东太平洋等海域的海温异常、欧亚大陆积雪变化和高纬度地区海冰条件等三方面定性分析,并进一步得出冬季风强度与我国气温、东部冬季降水之间的关系,提出气候资源保护利用的具体策略,为推进生态文明建设总体目标和应对气候变化、气象防灾减灾与实现“碳达峰、碳中和”任务提供参考。This paper provides an overview of the research progress concerning abnormal winter monsoon in East Asia.It qualitatively analyzes three aspects:anomalies in sea surface temperature in the Equatorial Middle East Pacific Ocean and other sea areas,variations in snow cover area of the Eurasian continent,and sea ice conditions in high latitude regions.Furthermore,it establishes a negative correlation between winter monsoon intensity and winter precipitation in the majority of eastern China.Specific strategies for the protection and utilization of climate resources are proposed to advance the overall goal of ecological civilization construction and address climate change,meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation,and the achievement of"carbon peak and carbon neutrality"targets.
