摘 要:探索济南市历城区王舍人实验小学PM_(2.5)组成成分与室内因素对儿童肺功能影响的交互作用,为改善儿童呼吸系统健康提供理论依据。在2020年王舍人实验小学教学楼二楼楼顶进行PM_(2.5)采样,为期75d,并分析PM_(2.5)的主要成分,对3~5年级139名儿童进行肺功能的检测与室内因素相关的问卷调查,利用混合效应模型检测影响儿童呼吸健康的交互作用因素。济南市历城区采样点PM_(2.5)平均浓度62.74μg/m^(3),主要成分包括SO_(4)^(2-)·NO_(3)^(-),各类金属元素和多环芳烃化合物,与上述成分对儿童呼吸系统健康产生交互作用的因素主要包括环境烟草烟雾,装修,环境相关化学品等危险因素,还存在空气净化器和口罩佩戴等保护性因素。在环境污染较重的区域注重室内因素有利于提高儿童肺功能。This study explores the interaction between PM_(2.5) components and indoor factors on children's lung function in Wangsheren Experimental Primary School,Licheng District,Jinan City,providing a theoretical basis for improving children's respiratory health.PM_(2.5) sampling was conducted on the roof of the second floor of Wangsheren Experimental Primary School in 2020 for 75 days,and the main components of PM_(2.5) were analyzed.Lung function tests were performed on 139 children in grades 3 to 5,and a questionnaire survey related to indoor factors was conducted.Mixed-effects models were used to detect the interactive factors affecting children's respiratory health.The average concentration of PM_(2.5) in Licheng District,Jinan City,was 62.74μg/m^(3),with main components including SO_(4)^(2-),NO_(3)^(-),various metal elements,and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.Factors interacting with the above components to affect children's respiratory health mainly include environmental tobacco smoke,decoration,environmentalrelated chemicals,and other hazardous factors,as well as protective factors such as air purifiers and mask-wearing.Emphasizing indoor factors in heavily polluted areas is conducive to improving children's lung function.
