摘　　要：人造板是我国重要工业产品,需要对人造板生产相关内容进行深入研究。本文将人造板干燥尾气作为研究对象,分析其基本特点,从旋风分离、喷淋洗涤、湿式静电三个角度,分析人造板干燥尾气治理技术,提供工艺设计相关建议,旨在为更多人造板生产单位提供技术指导,落实尾气治理工作,为我国工业体系升级优化贡献力量。Artificial boards are essential industrial products in China,warranting in-depth research into their production processes.This paper focuses on the exhaust gas from artificial board drying as the research object,analyzing its basic characteristics.It examines exhaust gas treatment techniques from the perspectives of cyclone separation,spray washing,and wet electrostatic precipitation,providing relevant process design suggestions.The aim is to offer technical guidance for more artificial board production units,implement exhaust gas treatment measures,and contribute to the upgrading and optimization of China's industrial system.
