摘　　要：胡兰贵教授认为慢性肾小球肾炎发病以外邪侵袭为引,病机以脾肾两虚为本,湿热、瘀血为标,三焦气滞为要。临床治疗本病,胡教授遵循“以脉为根”“以平为期”“守变相参”的辨证思维,应用健脾益肾、清热除湿、活血化瘀之芪脉地黄汤治之,并强调在疾病后期以膏方巩固收功。附验案1则。Professor HU Langui believes that the onset of chronic glomerulonephritis is caused by external pathogenic factors invading the body.The pathological mechanism is primarily based on spleen and kidney deficiency,with dampness-heat and blood stasis as characteristic manifestations,and qi stagnation in triple energizer as a key factor.In the clinical treatment of this disease,Professor HU follows the diagnostic thinking of taking pulse as the key,regulating human body with the purpose of normalizing it,and observing changes while considering interdependence.He uses Qimai Dihuang Decoction(芪脉地黄汤)to tonify spleen and kidney,clear heat and dampness,activate blood circulation,and resolve blood stasis.He also emphasizes consolidating the therapeutic effect with ointment prescription in the later stage of the disease.One proved case is attached.
