摘　　要：苏晓教授认为系统性红斑狼疮病机以肝肾阴虚为本,真阴不足、水亏火旺,日久郁而化热,血与热结而成瘀热,故治疗应将甘寒养阴补虚、清热活血化瘀之法贯穿始终。临床以风免一号方为基础,根据病程、累及脏腑系统及患者不同表现加减用药,同时注重固护中焦脾胃;擅用百合-生地黄、生地黄-生石膏、人参-黄芪等对药,疗效较好。附验案1则。Professor SU Xiao believes that the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus is based on yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Yin deficiency can lead to hyperactivity of fire,which will then transform into stagnated heat and combine with blood stasis over a long period.Therefore,the treatment should consistently incorporate methods of nourishing yin and replenishing deficiency with sweet and cold medicinals,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation,and resolving blood stasis.In clinical practice,Professor SU uses Feng Mian Formula 1(风免一号方)as the basic prescription and modifies it according to the course of the disease,the affected viscera,and the manifestations of the patients.At the same time,emphasis is placed on strengthening and protecting the middle energizer(spleen and stomach).In addition,Professor SU is skilled in using paired medicinals,such as Baihe(Lilii BulBus)-Shengdihuang(Rehmanniae Radix),Shengdihuang-Shengshigao(gypsum),Renshen(Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma)-Huangqi(Astragali Radix),which has been proven to be effective.One proved case is attached.
