针刺调控内质网应激诱导的级联反应治疗缺血性脑卒中研究进展

摘　　要：内质网应激密切参与缺血性脑卒中的发生、发展。本文对内质网持续性应激引起的细胞凋亡、细胞自噬、炎症反应、氧化应激等级联反应及与之相关的针刺治疗缺血性脑卒中研究进行综述,整理分析针刺通过调控内质网应激治疗缺血性脑卒中涉及的蛋白及信号通路,并提出目前相关研究存在的问题,为后续研究提供参考。参考文献52篇。Endoplasmic reticulum stress is closely involved in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.This paper reviews the cascading reactions of apoptosis,autophagy,inflammatory reaction,oxidative stress induced by endoplasmic reticulum stress and related studies on acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic stroke.It also analyzes the proteins and signaling pathways involved in the treatment of ischemic stroke by acupuncture through regulation of endoplasmic reticulum stress,and points out the existing problems in related studies to provide reference for future studies.There are 52 references.
