摘 要:聚氯乙烯(PVC)是目前全球产量最大且应用最广的热塑性塑料之一,具有合成工艺简单、成本低廉且耐腐蚀性强等优点,在日常生活中的应用越来越广泛。这也带动聚氯乙烯的产能增加,相应也带来废气问题。企业生产中的废气如果未及时回收治理,将会造成生态环境破坏、危及职工与附近居民的健康安全。因此,如何进行聚氯乙烯生产中无组织废气的回收治理,也成了社会广泛关注的问题。文章结合聚氯乙烯生产流程及其废气的特点,重点对聚氯乙烯生产过程中的无组织废气回收治理进行研究,对如何高效、合理进行废气治理提出了可行性建议。Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)is currently one of the largest yield and most widely used thermoplastic plastics in the world,with the advantages of simple synthesis process,low cost and good corrosion resistance,etc.,and is more and more widely used in daily life.This has also led to an increase in the production capacity of polyvinyl chloride,which has also brought about exhaust problems.If the waste gas in the production of enterprises is not recycled and treated in time,it will cause ecological environment damage and endanger the health and safety of employees and nearby residents,so how to carry out the recovery and treatment of unorganized waste gas in polyvinyl chloride production has also become a widely concerned issue in the current society.Combined with the characteristics of polyvinyl chloride production process and its waste gas,this paper focuses on the research on the recovery and treatment of unorganized waste gas in the production process of polyvinyl chloride,and puts forward feasible suggestions on how to carry out waste gas treatment efficiently and reasonably.
