100 t/d危险废物焚烧装置烟尘排放影响因素分析

摘　　要：文章通过对某公司的100 t/d危险废物焚烧装置烟气环保排放指标中的烟尘排放指标主要关联和次要关联因素的影响进行分析,揭示烟尘排放指标的影响因素。分析发现,100 t/d危险废物焚烧装置环保排放烟气指标中的烟尘排放指标影响因素与料坑配伍、一级循环池pH、一级循环池盐度、循环池换水量、CEMS干氧等因素关联密切,与二燃室温度及SMP配伍及输送量次要关联。因此,在实际生产和控制中要针对主要关联指标进行重点控制,对次要关联指标进行调整,以达到烟气合格排放,确保装置运行正常,同时对焚烧装置的技改方向作出指导。This paper analyzes the influence of the main correlation and the minor correlation factors of the smoke and dust emission index in the flue gas environmental protection emission index of 100 t/d hazardous waste incinerator in a company,the influencing factors of smoke and dust emission index are revealed.Analysis found that,the influencing factors of somoke and dust emission index in the flue gas environmental protection emission index of 100 t/d hazardous waste incinerator are closely related to the factors such as mixing of material pit,pH of primary circulating pool,salinity of primary circulating pool,water exchange of circulating pool,dry oxygen of CEMS,etc.,and are secondarily related to the temperature of the secondary combustion chamber SMP compatibility and transport volume.Therefore,in actual production and control,it is necessary to mainly control the main related indexes and adjust the minor related indexes in order to achieve the qualified flue gas emission and ensure the normal operation of the plant,at the same time,the direction of technical innovation of incinerator is given.
