摘  要:在以往项目中,海洋油气田工艺系统的低温压力管道的材料规范均采用ASTM A333标准,目前国标低温管道材质已有相应的标准。为拓展海上油气低温压力管道选材范围,文章针对天然气低温分离系统的压力管道,探讨可替代ASTM A333 Gr6的国标管线材质。结合低温合金钢的使用条件,从低温管道材料选型、管线壁厚计算、管线保冷方面,分别介绍设计中应遵循的各项标准规范和设计方法。In previous projects,the material specifications for low-temperature pressure pipelines in offshore oil and gas field process systems were based on ASTM A333 standards.Currently,there are corresponding national standards for low-temperature pipeline materials.To expand the selection range of materials for low-temperature pressure pipelines for offshore oil and gas,,this paper researches national standard pipeline materials that can replace ASTM A333 Gr6.Combined with the usage conditions of lowtemperature alloy steel,this paper introduces standards and design methods that should be followed in design from the aspects of low-temperature pipeline material selection,pipeline wall thickness calculation and pipeline cold insulation.
