摘  要:某海上油田工艺处理系统产生的低压伴生气分别供给燃气发电机和燃气锅炉使用,剩下的伴生气经过火炬燃烧处理,火炬日均燃烧量约1.6万m^(3)。文章分析了某海上油田低压伴生气的特点,依托现有生产流程,设计出适用于该油田低压力、不稳定流量伴生气的回收工艺方案,火炬日均燃烧量降至0.4万m^(3),减少了天然气放空量,提升了低压伴生气的利用效率和水平,实现了节能减排。The low-pressure associated gas generated by an offshore oilfield process treatment system is supplied to gas generators and gas boilers respectively,and the remaining associated gas is burned off by a torch,with an average daily combustion capacity of about 16000 m^(3).This paper analyzes the characteristics of low-pressure associated gas in an oilfield,and designs a recovery process scheme suitable for low-pressure and unstable flow associated gas in an oilfield based on the existing production process,and reduces the average daily combustion capacity of the torch to 4000 m^(3).The amount of natural gas venting is reduced,and the utilization efficiency and level of low-pressure associated gas are improved,so as to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.
