摘 要:煤化工项目通常需要配套大型空分装置,为气化炉提供高压氧气、氮气等,是煤化工产业链稳定运行的前提。下游配套煤气化装置的气化炉对氧气管网压力稳定的要求高,这对单系列空分装置供氧稳定性提出了更高的要求。在工程建设前期的设计阶段,探讨高压氧气管网压力稳定的设计优化的方向和稳压措施,通过对不同工艺流程和缓冲设备的对比分析,提出针对单系列空分装置氧气管网压力稳定的措施。Coal chemical project usually need to be equipped with large scale air separation unit,providing high-pressure oxygen and nitrogen for gasifier,which is the premise of stable operation of the coal chemical industry chain.The gasifier supporting the coal gasification unit in the downstream has a high requirement for the pressure stability of the oxygen pipe network,which puts forward higher requirements for the oxygen supply stability of the single series air separation unit.During the early design stage of engineering construction,the direction of design optimization and measures of pressure stabilization of high-pressure oxygen pipe network were discussed.Through the comparative analysis of different process processes and buffer equipment,measures for the pressure stability of the oxygen pipe network in the single series air separation unit were proposed.
