新型煤垢清除剂FHZ-2的室内研究与现场应用

摘　　要：针对中石油煤层气忻州采气区煤垢清除剂FHZ-1洗井液不能处理严重堵塞但又未彻底堵死的煤层气采气井的问题,研制了一种新型煤垢清除剂FHZ-2。该清除剂对堵塞严重的筛管筛网试件表面的煤垢具有良好的软化清洗效果,对管内堵塞的煤垢具有软化分解的作用,对煤垢的溶解率高达29%。清除剂FHZ-2与清除剂FHZ-1配伍性良好、不增黏,对忻州采气区10口严重堵塞井有良好的疏通效果,单井日产水平均增加8.5倍,创造了较大的经济效益。In Xinzhou gas production area of CNPC coalbed methane,the coal grime scavenger agent FHZ-1 cannot handle the coalbed gas production well with serious blockage but not completely blocked.To solve this problem,a new coal grime scavenger agent FHZ-2 has been developped.The FHZ-2 has a good softening and cleaning effect on the coal grime of the surface of sieve tube and sieve mesh specimen with serious blockage.It also can soften and decompose the coal grime blocked in the pipe,and the dissolution rate of coal grime is as high as 29%.Scavenger agent FHZ-2 and scavenger agent FHZ-1 have good compatibility and no viscosity increase,and have good dredging effect on 10 severely blocked wells in Xinzhou gas production area,the average daily water production per well increased by 8.5 times,creating huge economic benefits.
