星状神经节阻滞联合电针治疗颈面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨颈面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者采用星状神经节阻滞+电针治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年11月枣庄市皮肤病性病防治院收治的52例颈面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为参照组(26例)和研究组(26例)。参照组临床进行星状神经节阻滞治疗,研究组进行星状神经节阻滞联合电针治疗。比较两组的治疗总有效率、治疗前后功能障碍评分、疼痛程度评分、治疗满意度评分及不良反应情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的功能障碍评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的功能障碍评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组疼痛程度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组疼痛程度评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗方法评分、治疗细节评分以及治疗效果评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论临床对颈面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者采用星状神经节阻滞+电针方法完成治疗后,可显著提升患者治疗效果,同时改善患者功能障碍以及疼痛程度,明显提升患者治疗满意度,促进颈面部带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者良好预后。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of stellate ganglion block+electroacupuncture in patients with cervico-facial postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of fifty-two patients with cervix and facial postherpetic neuralgia admitted to Zaozhuang Dermatology and Venereal Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the reference group(26 cases)and the study group(26 cases)according to random number table method.The reference group was treated with stellate ganglion block,and the study group was treated with stellate ganglion block combined with electroacupuncture.The total effective rate,dysfunction score before and after treatment,pain degree score,treatment satisfaction score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in functional impairment score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the dysfunction score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in pain severity score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the pain degree score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Treatment method score,treatment detail score and treatment effect score of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion After using stellate ganglion block and electroacupuncture to treat patients with postherpetic neuralgia in the neck and face,the treatment effect can be significantly improved.At the same time,the functional impairment and pain level of patients can be impro
