针刺厥阴经联合逍遥丸治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺厥阴经联合逍遥丸治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症的临床效果。方法选取2022年7月至2023年6月南平市人民医院收治的70例肝郁气滞型乳腺增生症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(35例)和试验组(35例),对照组采用逍遥丸治疗,试验组采用针刺厥阴经+逍遥丸治疗。比较两组的总有效率、中医证候积分、肿块最大径、增生腺体厚度、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、乳房肿块、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分。结果试验组的总有效率(91.43%)高于对照组总有效率(71.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的中医证候积分、肿块最大径、增生腺体厚度、VAS、乳房肿块评分、GQOLI-74评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组的各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,肿块最大径、增生腺体厚度均小于对照组,VAS、乳房肿块评分均低于对照组,各方面GQOLI-74评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺厥阴经+逍遥丸的效果更为理想,可促进患者症状快速消失,并快速降低疼痛,促进肿块缩小,改善患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture on Jueyin meridian combined with Xiaoyao Pills in the treatment of breast hyperplasia of liver depression and qi stagnation.Methods From July 2022 to June 2023,a total of 70 patients with breast hyperplasia of liver depression and qi stagnation in Nanping People's Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the experimental group(35 cases).The control group was treated with Xiaoyao Pills,and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture on Jueyin meridian+Xiaoyao Pills.The total effective rate,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,maximum diameter of mass,thickness of hyperplastic gland,visual analogue scale(VAS),breast mass,generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(91.43%)was higher than that of the control group(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,maximum diameter of tumor,thickness of hyperplastic gland,VAS,breast mass score,and GQOLI-74 score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,all of the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the maximum diameter of the tumor and the thickness of the hyperplasia gland of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the VAS and breast mass scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the GQOLI-74 scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of acupuncture on Jueyin meridian+Xiaoyao Pills is more ideal,which can promote the rapid disappearance of symptoms,reduce pain,promote the reduction of mass,and improve the qual
