摘　　要：目的探讨改良负压引流标准化护理流程在小儿巨大头皮血肿中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2023年8月九江市妇幼保健院儿外科收治的50例小儿巨大头皮血肿患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组各25例,对照组采用改良负压引流的常规护理,研究组采用改良负压引流的标准化护理。比较两组患儿的并发症发生情况、康复指标、护理质量评分和护理总满意情况。结果研究组的并发症总发生率、非计划手术率低于对照组,引流、伤口愈合、住院所需要的时间短于对照组,病情掌握、风险评估、引流维护、护患沟通得分及总护理质量评分、护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良负压引流标准化护理流程在小儿巨大头皮血肿中具有确切的效果,能通过高质量的护理,有效地减少并发症的发生,缩短患儿的住院时间。Objective To explore the effect of standardized nursing procedure of modified negative pressure drainage in children with giant scalp hematoma.Methods Fifty pediatric patients with giant scalp hematoma admitted to the Department of Pediatric Surgery of Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the order of admission time,with 25 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine nursing of modified negative pressure drainage,and the study group adopted the standardized nursing of modified negative pressure drainage.The incidence of complication,rehabilitation index,nursing quality score and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total complication rate and unplanned operation rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the time required for drainage,wound healing and hospitalization were shorter than those of control group,the score of disease mastery,risk assessment,drainage maintenance,nurse-patient communication,total nursing quality score and total nursing satisfaction rate were higher than those of control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized nursing procedure of modified negative pressure drainage has definite effect on the giant scalp hematoma in children,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications and shorten the hospital stay of children through high quality nursing.
