脂肪干细胞治疗类风湿性关节炎的研究进展

摘　　要：类风湿性关节炎是一种慢性自身免疫性疾病,病情进展后会对关节及其周围组织造成严重损害。目前国内外主要是在及时诊断后通过药物治疗等手段减缓病程,同时帮助患者改善和维持关节活动性和肌肉力量。尽管目前类风湿性关节炎的治疗方法已较为成熟,但临床上仍然需要更安全有效的疗法来达到临床缓解和病损修复再生。国内外研究发现脂肪干细胞在炎症性关节炎中有良好的治疗效果,已成为近年的研究热点。脂肪来源干细胞是低免疫原性的多能基质细胞,拥有强大的增殖分化和免疫调节能力,可分泌多种细胞因子抑制炎症的发生发展,为类风湿性关节炎的治疗提供了新思路。本研究在查阅大量中外文献的基础上,概述了脂肪干细胞在类风湿性关节炎治疗中的相关进展,以期为其临床研究提供参考。Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic autoimmune disease that progresses to cause severe damage to the joints and surrounding tissues.At present,the main methods at home and abroad are to slow down the course of the disease by means of drug therapy after timely diagnosis,and help patients improve and maintain joint mobility and muscle strength.Although the current treatment methods of rheumatoid arthritis are relatively mature,more safe and effective therapies are still needed to achieve clinical remission and repair and regeneration of the disease.Studies at home and abroad have found that adipose-derived stem cells have good therapeutic effect in inflammatory arthritis,which has become a research hotspot in recent years.Adipose-derived stem cells are pluripotent stromal cells with low immunogenicity and strong ability of proliferation,differentiation and immune regulation,and can secrete a variety of cytokines to inhibit the occurrence and development of inflammation,providing a new idea for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Based on a large number of Chinese and foreign literatures,this study summarized the progress of adipose-derived stem cells in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,in order to provide reference for its clinical research.
