摘　　要：海上平台的原油分油机在运行过程中出现振动异常,影响了分油机的正常运行,同时给燃油处理系统带来不利影响。通过对现场工艺流程进行分析,得出分油机振动异常的主要原因,制定了分油机异常解决方案,通过方案的成功实施,使原油分油机运行参数恢复至正常,同时使燃油处理系统运行恢复稳定。相关成果为分油机在现场的应用实践提供了技术支持,同时也为分油机可能发生的常见故障提供了相关经验参考。The crude oil centrifuge on an offshore platform experienced abnormal vibration during operation,which affected the normal operation of the centrifuge and adversely affected the fuel oil treatment system.Unlike previous vibration caused by mechanical faults,the article analyzed the on-site process flow to identify the main causes of abnormal vibration in the oil centrifuge and developed a solution for the abnormal operation of the oil centrifuge.Through the successful implementation of the plan,the operating parameters of the oil centrifuge were restored to normal,while the fuel oil treatment system was stabilized.The relevant results provide technical support for the application of oil centrifuges in thefield,and also provide relevant experience references for common faults that may occur in oil centrifuges.
