摘  要:酸性水汽提装置在工业生产中扮演着重要角色,然而其运行过程中不可避免地会出现结垢问题,不仅影响装置的传热效率,还可能导致设备堵塞、腐蚀甚至失效。基于此提出了一系列针对性的处理措施,包括原料水质的改进、水处理设备的优化、工艺参数的调整以及设备的维护与管理等。这些措施能够减少结垢的形成,提高装置的运行效率和使用寿命,为酸性水汽提装置的长期稳定运行提供理论和实践指导。Acid water stripping equipment plays an important role in industrial production.However,scaling problems inevitably occur during its operation,which not only affects the heat transfer efficiency of the equipment,but may also lead to equipment blockage,corrosion and even failure.Based on this,a series of targeted treatment measures were proposed,including improvement of raw material water quality,optimization of water treatment equipment,adjustment of process parameters,and equipment maintenance and management.These measures can reduce the formation of scale,improve the operating efficiency and service life of the device,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the long-term stable operation of the acid water stripping device.
