满足京VIB标准的高标号车用汽油调和配方研究与应用

摘　　要：介绍了某生产企业在实现满足京VIB汽车排放标准的高标号95号和98号车用汽油调和技术攻关及应用情况。总体来看,京VIB标准主要对汽油中的烯烃、芳烃和50%蒸发温度等指标进一步加严。从现有汽油调合组分主要性质出发,分别对现用京VIA 95/98号车用汽油生产调合配方和满足京VIB 95/98号车用汽油配方进行调和试验并分析研究。通过实验室小调配方的试验,尤其是创新使用戊烷油等汽油调和组分,最终确定了合理的调合配方,为满足高标号京VIB车用汽油工业化生产奠定了坚实的基础。同时也极大地提高了高标号汽油的调和成功率,降低了京VIB汽车的调和成本,满足了相关生产要求。This paper introduces the research and application of gasoline blending technology for high grade No.95 and No.98 vehicles,which meet Beijing VIB automobile emission standard.In general,the Beijing VIB standard mainly further tightens the indexes such as olefin,aromatics and 50%evaporation temperature in gasoline.Based on the main properties of the existing gasoline blending components,the blending test and analysis were carried out on the existing Beijing VIA 95/98 and Beijing VIB 95/98 respectively.Through the experiment of minor formula in the laboratory,especially the innovative use of gasoline blending components such as pentane oil,the reasonable blending formula wasfinally determined,which laid a solid foundation for meeting the industrial production of high-grade BeijingVIB automotive gasoline.At the same time,it also greatly improves the blending success rate of high-grade gasoline,reduces the blending cost of Beijing VIB automobile,and meets the relevant production requirements.
