摘 要:技术归零方法是根据系统工程原理和闭环管理的思想,可以有效地分析故障原因,同时避免问题重复发生。测井设备作业所用设备具有高度集成、精度高、使用工况复杂的特点,尤其是其耐高温性能,集成了行业内精尖的技术。这些特性导致其故障难以规避,而且维修起来比较复杂。由于井下温度高、压力大,测井设备在此环境下工作,对设备的可靠性有更高的要求。在测井设备发生故障时,采用技术归零的方法能有效完成闭环整改,根除设备隐患,提高设备可靠性。The technical zeroing method is based on the principles of system engineering and the concept of closed-loop management,which can effectively analyze the causes of faults while avoiding the recurrence of problems.The equipment used for logging equipment operations has the characteristics of high integration,high accuracy,and complex operating conditions,especially its high-temperature resistance,which integrates cutting-edge technology in the industry.These characteristics make it difficult to avoid faults and make maintenance more complex.Due to the high temperature and pressure underground,logging equipment operates in this environment,which requires higher reliability of the equipment.When logging equipment malfunctions,adopting the method of technical zeroing can effectively complete closed-loop rectification,eliminate equipment hazards,and improve equipment reliability.
