摘 要:钻井液的流变参数优化设计对于整个项目的安全,保证钻井的高效优质有非常重要的意义,国内外目前并没有形成系统科学、定性定量的钻井液参数采集模式。考虑到钻井液的密度和电导率会随着温度的变化产生线性变化,温度过高会使采集参数的传感器的元器件造成形变,形变致使传感器发出参数变化,排除钻井液本体性能变化因素。分析了背景环境及影响因素,结合测试验证展开叙述,充分研讨了高温地层对传感器采集钻井液参数的影响及解决方法,希望能够为该领域的技术发展和工程建设提供有效的参考。The optimization design of rheological parameters of drilling fluid is of great significance for the safety of the entire project and ensuring the high efficiency and quality of drilling.Currently,there is no systematic,scientific,qualitative and quantitative drilling fluid parameter acquisition mode at home and abroad.This study considers that the density and conductivity of drilling fluid will undergo linear changes with temperature.If the temperature is too high,it will cause deformation of the components of the sensor for collecting parameters,which will cause the sensor to emit parameter changes.Therefore,the factor of changes in the performance of the drillingfluid itself is excluded.Analyzed the background environment and influencing factors,combined with testing verification to elaborate on the impact of high-temperature formations on sensor acquisition of drillingfluid parameters and solutions,hoping to provide effective references for the technological development and engineering construction in thisfield.
