摘  要:印制电路板(PCB)钻孔用覆膜铝片盖板是一种功能性盖板材料,主要由基材铝箔和表层树脂复合而成,树脂层是其性能提升的关键。主要研究了不同类型树脂层盖板产品之间的差异,对市场上应用的各种各样的盖板材料进行区分归类,并简要阐述了各盖板材料的树脂特性、工艺特点及应用范围,同时详细对比了各产品之间的钻孔性能,分析树脂的特性对钻孔性能的影响。此外,还研究了相同厚度的铝箔材料在钻孔中的表现,进一步探索树脂层对钻孔性能的影响。The coated aluminum foil entry board for drilling in printed circuit boards(PCBs)is a functional entry board material mainly composed of a substrate aluminum foil and a surface resin composite.The resin layer is the key to improving its performance.This paper mainly studies the differences in different types of resin layer entry board products,distinguishes and classifies various entry board materials used in the market,and briefly explains the resin characteristics,process characteristics,and application scope of each entry board material.At the same time,a detailed comparison is made between the drilling performance of various products,and the influence of resin characteristics on drilling performance is analyzed.In addition,this paper also studies the performance of aluminum foil materials of the same thickness in drilling,further exploring the influence of resin layer on drilling performance.
