摘  要:针对起重机结构服役应力循环特性难以准确测量而导致其剩余寿命难以预测的问题,文中建立了起重机载荷-结构应力的映射关系模型,基于服役运动参量对起重机结构应力指标进行映射计算,基于耦合的服役信息获得面向起重机服役的结构应力循环特性,采用断裂力学理论对起重机结构的剩余寿命进行预测,准确量化起重机的服役周期。同时,以某型起重机为研究对象,基于有限的起重机服役运维数据,采用文中所提研究理论对起重机结构应力循环特性进行映射计算并预测剩余寿命,为起重机安全服役提供一种面向生命周期的评价方法。Considering that it is difficult to predict remaining life due to the difficulty in accurately measuring the service stress cycle characteristics of crane structure,in this paper,a mapping relationship model between crane load and structural stress was established,and the stress index of crane structure was mapped and calculated based on service motion parameters,and the service-oriented structural stress cycle characteristics of crane were obtained based on the coupled service information.The remaining life of crane structure is predicted by fracture mechanics theory,and the service cycle of crane is accurately quantified.In addition,taking a certain crane as the research object,based on the limited crane service operation and maintenance data and the research theory proposed in this paper,the stress cycle characteristics of crane structure were mapped and calculated,and the remaining life was predicted,which provides a life cycle-oriented evaluation method for crane safety service.
