摘　　要：组合式空调机组一般广泛用于商场、大型工厂和国防设施等场所,主要是为某些重要设备的安全运行、现场测试等提供满足一定温度、湿度需求的环境,是非常重要的系统。本文统计并分析了某单位55起组合式空调机组的历史故障数据,根据故障发生的季节、故障部位及原因进行归纳整理和分析,结果表明电气控制和机械方面的器件导致的故障率最高。为了研究降低器件故障发生率的措施和策略,采用以可靠性为中心的维修方法开展组合式空调机组预防性维修策略研究,应用逻辑决断图对组合式空调机组的功能段进行分析和决断,完成故障模式和影响分析研究、系统设备分析、预防性维修计划制定和综合工作分析,得到组合式空调机组的电气控制和结构部件的预防性维修大纲,并将预防性维修研究结果融入设备的维护保养,取得了明显的效果。Combined air-conditioning unit is generally widely used in shopping malls,large factories,national defense facilities and other places.It is mainly used to provide an environment that meets certain temperature and humidity requirements for the safe operation and on-site testing of certain important equipment,and it is a very important system.In this paper,the historical failure data of 55 combined air-conditioning unit in a certain department are counted and analyzed.It is summarized and analyzed according to the season location and cause of the failure.The results show that the failure rate caused by electrical control and mechanical devices is highest.In order to research on measures and strategies to reduce the incidence of device failures,a reliability centered maintenance method is used to conduct research on preventive maintenance strategies for combined air-conditioning unit,and logical decision diagrams are used to analyze and make decisions on the functional segments of combined air-conditioning unit.Finally,the failure mode and impact analysis research,system equipment analysis,preventive maintenance plan formulation and comprehensive work analysis are completed,and a preventive maintenance outline for the electrical control and structural components of the combined air-conditioning unit is also obtained,which could provide support for managers to carry out preventive maintenance.The results of preventive maintenance research are incorporated into the maintenance of the equipment and achieved obvious results.
