摘  要:针对地铁线路在试运行高密度行车测试阶段,部分车站出现因隧道活塞风压较大导致站台门系统滑动门动作缓慢或遇阻停滞的情况,本研究通过查阅相关行业文献资料,并结合现场实践、测试情况,从行车、活塞风井设置情况等方面剖析隧道风压异常升高产生的原因,依据滑动门开关门运动曲线,通过机械受力分析,系统总结隧道活塞风压载荷对滑动门运行影响产生的原因并从设备及运营管理两个方面提出应对措施,为后续应对线路高密度行车及特殊工况条件下能够安全平稳运行提供有力支撑。In response to the situation where the sliding doors of the platform door system move slowly or stop when encountering obstacles at some stations during the high-density train testing phase of the subway line trial operation,due to the large tunnel piston wind pressure,this study analyzes the reasons for the abnormal increase in tunnel wind pressure from the aspects of train operation,piston air shaft setting,etc.by consulting relevant industry literature and combining with on-site practice and testing,and based on the sliding door opening and closing motion curve,through mechanical force analysis,systematically summarizes the reasons for the impact of tunnel piston wind pressure load on the operation of the sliding doors,and proposes countermeasures from two aspects of equipment and operation management,providing strong support for the safe and smooth operation of high-density train operation and special working conditions on the line in the future.
