摘  要:砂卵石互层地质中钻孔灌注桩成孔困难、塌孔、卡钻、扩孔严重,在灌注施工中易出现质量事故,本文以山西省祁县至离石高速公路项目钻孔灌注桩为例,通过钻孔施工机械、护筒及护壁泥浆比选及钻孔速度控制,提高了机械成孔效率和砂卵石地层钻孔灌注桩成品质量,降低了材料的损耗及施工安全风险,总结了钻进过程中常见事故的预防及处理措施,以期为类似工程提供经验。It is difficult to form holes,collapse,get stuck,and expand holes in sand and gravel interbedded geology,and quality accidents are prone to occur during grouting construction.This article takes the drilling and grouting piles of the Qixian to Lishi Expressway project in Shanxi Province as an example,and improves the efficiency of mechanical drilling and the quality of finished products of drilling and grouting piles in sand and gravel layers through the selection of drilling construction machinery,casing,and protective wall mud,as well as the control of drilling speed.It reduces material loss and construction safety risks,summarizes the prevention and treatment measures of common accidents during the drilling process,in order to provide experience for similar projects.
