摘  要:因有的地基承载力比较差,若直接盖建筑有可能让结构失稳等情况,地基处理可以改善压缩特性;若地基本身透水性比较强,在基坑开挖中产生流沙和管涌,地基处理需改变透水特性;当地基的动力特性比较明显时,若周围荷载较大或打桩等原因,会导致地基产生振动下沉,而地基处理可改善其动力特性。采用何种地基处理方法,直接影响到地基处理的效果和造价。针对西安北边临近泾河、渭河附近某项目复杂地形情况下的地基处理,文章采用旋喷锚索+护坡桩+桩间喷射混凝土+土钉墙支护形式多种方式结合的地基处理方式,在实际应用中达到优化选择地基处理方案的目的。Due to the poor bearing capacity of some foundations,if the building is built directly,it may cause structural instability,and foundation treatment can improve compression characteristics.If the permeability of the foundation is relatively strong,quicksand and piping will be generated during excavation of the foundation pit,and the foundation treatment will change the permeability characteristics.When the dynamic characteristics of the foundation are obvious,if the surrounding load is large or due to pile driving,it can cause vibration and settlement of the foundation,and foundation treatment can improve its dynamic characteristics.The choice of foundation treatment method directly affects the effectiveness and cost of foundation treatment.This article focuses on the foundation treatment of a complex terrain project near the Jing River and Wei River in the north of Xi'an.The article adopts a combination of rotary jet grouting anchor cables,slope protection piles,inter pile shotcrete,and soil nail wall support forms to optimize the selection of foundation treatment schemes in practical applications.
