摘  要:结合龙川县高铁西站与国道连接线道路工程项目施工,本文着重阐述了水泥稳定碎石层双层连铺施工工艺。通过对双层连铺施工过程中的摊铺时长、层间黏结、碾压工艺及质量检测等关键问题进行对比试验和分析,确定采用水泥稳定碎石基层双层连铺工艺可以明显减少人工、养护材料等方面的消耗,并缩短路面的摊铺、碾压工作的周期,在层间洒布水泥浆能有效增加基层整体性,提高水泥稳定碎石基层质量。This article focuses on the construction technology of cement stabilized crushed stone layer double-layer continuous paving,combined with the construction of the Longchuan County High Speed Rail West Station and National Highway Connection Road Project.Through comparative experiments and analysis of key issues such as paving time,interlayer bonding,rolling technology,and quality inspection during the construction process of double-layer continuous paving,it is determined that the use of cement stabilized crushed stone base double-layer continuous paving technology can significantly reduce labor,material consumption,and shorten the paving and rolling cycle of the road surface.Spraying cement slurry between layers can effectively increase the overall integrity of the base and improve the quality of cement stabilized crushed stone base.
