摘 要:在炼钢-连铸生产过程中,有很多不可预测的扰动事件发生,导致静态调度计划失效。炼钢-连铸生产重调度的任务就是实时地根据生产现场出现的扰动事件重新安排生产计划,以确保生产顺利进行。在以往的炼钢-连铸生产中,动态调度以人工调整为主,难以达到符合钢铁生产商最优的生产调度计划。因此,研究时间扰动下的炼钢-连铸智能重调度方法对钢铁生产工业仍然具有理论和实际意义。In the process of steelmaking and continuous casting,there are many unpredictable disturbance events,which lead to the failure of static scheduling plan.The task of steelmaking and continuous casting production rescheduling is to rearrange the production plan according to the disturbance events in the production site in real time to ensure the smooth production.In the past steelmaking and continuous casting production,the dynamic scheduling is mainly manual adjustment,which is difficult to meet the optimal scheduling plan of steel producers.Therefore,the study of the intelligent rescheduling method of steelmaking and continuous casting under time disturbance is still of theoretical and practical significance to the steel production industry.
