摘 要:介绍了江西省粉葛产业的生产规模、种植模式、加工产品等发展现状,分析了影响该省粉葛产业高质量发展所面临的品种较为单一、种植过程中化肥施用不合理、地膜残留较为严重以及一二三产业融合不够等问题,提出了加大粉葛种业研发力度、优化施肥方式、科学使用回收地膜、加快一二三产业融合发展等对策建议,以期为江西省粉葛产业高质量发展提供参考。This paper introduced the development status of Pueraria thomsonii industry from the aspects of production scale,planting patterns and processing products in Jiangxi Province,and analyzed the problems affecting the high-quality development of Jiangxi Pueraria thomsonii industry,such as relatively single varieties,unreasonable fertilization in planting process,serious mulch residue and insufficient integration of primary,secondary and tertiary production.It also put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as increasing the research and development of Pueraria thomsonii seed industry,optimizing fertilization,scientifically using recycled plastic film,and accelerating the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,in order to provide reference for the high-quality development of Pueraria thomsonii industry.
