摘  要:通过浸渍和煅烧制备了新型光催化剂BiVO_(4)、CoO_(x)/BiVO_(4)与CeO_(2)-CoO_(x)/BiVO_(4),并通过XRD、SEM、TEM和XPS等手段对催化剂进行表征与分析,探讨了催化剂在不同条件下对有机工业废水的光催化性能。结果表明,CeO_(2)-CoO_(x)/BiVO_(4)复合型光催化剂的降解效果最好,处理废水2 h后COD降解效率达到61%,说明掺杂负载可以有效提高催化性能;最佳光照时间为120 min,最佳投药量为1.0 g/L,且具有良好的稳定性。Novel photocatalysts including BiVO_(4),CoO_(x)/BiVO_(4)and CeO_(2)-CoO_(x)/BiVO_(4)are synthesized through impregnation and calcination,and characterized by means of XRD,SEM,TEM,and XPS.Their catalytic performance for industrial wastewater under different conditions is analyzed.The results show that CeO_(2)-CoO_(x)/BiVO_(4)composite photocatalyst delivers the best degradation effect,over which the COD degradation efficiency of wastewater reaches 61%after 2 hours of treatment,indicating that doping loading can effectively improve catalytic performance.The optimal illumination time and dosage quality are 120 minutes and 1.0 g/L,respectively,and the photocatalyst has good stability.
