摘  要:医学专业学位研究生是未来医疗战线的接班人,医科类高校作为培养医学人才的关键阵地,不仅要注重“智育”的长足发展,也要落实好新时代研究生“五育”并举同向同行发展的工作。新时代研究生教育要做到“德育、智育、体育、美育、劳育”内容内涵式发展,瞄准医学研究生高质量发展要求,突出育人的系统性、科学性、主体性和实效性。探索新时代医科类高校在专业学位研究生教育阶段如何实践“五育”并举,并以此实现立德树人、提升研究生综合素质教育的根本目标。Postgraduates in medical professional degree are the successors of the future medical frontliners.As the key position to train medical talents,medical colleges and universities should not only pay attention to the rapid development of“intellectual education”,but also implement the integration of“five-dimension education”in the same direction for modern graduate students.In the new era,postgraduate education should develop in five dimensions:moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education and labor education,targeting the requirements for high-quality development of medical graduate students,highlighting the systematic,scientific,subjective,and practical aspects of education.This paper will explore how medical colleges and universities implement“five-dimension education”in parallel at the stage of postgraduate education in the new era in order to achieve the fundamental goals of building morality and cultivating talents and improving the comprehensive qualities in the postgraduate education.
