摘　　要：高校心理健康教育工作得到广泛重视,但推进的同时暴露出了如工作运行机制不成熟、校院两级工作断层、心理辅导站不健全等突出问题。针对以上问题,以深圳大学数学科学学院心理健康教育工作为例,建立了多层级共管、多部门联动、全员全方位参与的学院心理健康教育工作网络,探索了基于组织架构管理、二级辅导站引领、朋辈队伍实践、危机干预体系保障的学院心理工作实践路径,实现了二级学院学生心理健康教育工作的有效推进。Mental Health Education in college and university has received extensive attention,but with the development,some outstanding problems have been exposed,such as the immaturity of the operation mechanism,the fault line in colleges and universities,and the imperfection of counseling station.To address the above issues,the article takes the mental education in School of Mathematical Sciences,Shenzhen University as an example,and establishes a multi-level,multi-departmental,and all-round network of mental health education.It explores the practical paths of college psychological work based on the management of organizational structure,the guidance of secondary counseling stations,the practice of peer groups and the guarantee of crisis intervention system,and it has realized the effective promotion of students’mental health education in secondary colleges.
