摘 要:水分管理对土壤温室气体排放和重金属污染土壤植物修复具有重要影响。该研究以超富集植物翅果菊(Pterocypsela indica)为研究对象,探究55%田间持水量(55%WHC)和75%田间持水量(75%WHC)对土壤温室气体排放和植物修复的影响。研究发现:相较于55%WHC处理,75%WHC处理显著增加了翅果菊抗逆性,同时75%WHC处理下翅果菊地上部Pb含量和累积量分别提高了92.3%和91.0%。与55%WHC处理相比,75%WHC处理降低了温室气体累积排放量,在种植与不种植翅果菊2种情况中,土壤CO_(2)累积排放量分别降低了18.8%和10.0%,N_(2)O累积排放量分别降低了9.1%和47.0%,CH_(4)累积排放量分别降低了17.1%和43.7%。综上,相较于55%WHC,75%WHC处理能够促进翅果菊生长和重金属累积,减少温室气体排放量,更适用于植物复修复。Water management plays an important role in soil greenhouse gas emission and phytoremediation of soil contaminat⁃ed by heavy metals.In this study,the hyperenriched plant Pterocypsela indica was selected as the research object to investigate the effects of 55%water holding capacity(55%WHC)and 75%water holding capacity(75%WHC)on soil greenhouse gas emis⁃sions and phytoremediation.The results showed that compared with 55%WHC treatment,75%WHC treatment significantly increased the stress resistance of P.indica,and 75%WHC treatment increased the aboveground Pb content and accumulation of P.indica by 92.3%and 91.0%,respectively.Compared with 55%WHC treatment,75%WHC treatment reduced cumulative green⁃house gas emissions,and soil CO_(2) cumulative emissions were reduced by 18.8%and 10.0%,and N_(2)O cumulative emissions were reduced by 9.1%and 47.0%,respectively,under the two conditions of planting and no planting of P.indica.Cumulative CH_(4) emis⁃sions were reduced by 17.1%and 43.7%,respectively.In conclusion,compared with 55%WHC,75%WHC treatment can promote the growth and accumulation of heavy metals,reduce greenhouse gas emissions,and is more suitable for phytoremediation.
